Walking to work in the snow

As silly as it may sound, snow brought London to a standstill for the best part of 2 days.  After the total shut down on Monday 2 Feb 2009, Tuesday wasn’t much better.  No buses and no local trains meant a walk to Morden tube for both of us.  Normally a pleasant enough 15min walk through the park and we’re there.  I packed our little Canon IXUS8215 and luckily with a bright morning and no rush we got some cool pics in the park near our home.

Today (Sat 7 Feb) the park is still slightly covered and the temp outside at 9am was -2 C so not getting warmer just yet.
