I attended the ESRI European conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.  There’s not a lot of regular flights going into and out of Vilnius despite it being a city that has a lot to offer culturally.  The KGB Museum is a must visit to realise the extent of what was going on behind closed doors.  It was the European City of Culture for 2009 and there’s a definite arty feel to it and an underlying expression of freedom found in the grafitti as you walk around the city.  I tried to capture as much as I could spot and there’s an amazing amount if you open your eyes.
